Every Memorial Day weekend the Brian Ranch Airport (34810 Larga Vista Road) hosts The World Smallest Airshow a combination of ultra light, light sport and general aviation as well as displays. Food Concessions on site. 8 am - 3 pm

The Valley Greek Festival will be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (9501 Balboa Blvd.-Northridge.) Music Dancing Activities for the kids, Greek market and shopping boutique. 1pm - 9pm. Saturday and Sunday.

Another annual Memorial Day event is the The Mission Circuit Dog Show at the Pomona Fairplex. (1101 W. McKinley Ave.) There are four days of competition, with a field of 8,000 dogs culminating Monday with top honors.

The competition runs each day 9am-5:30pm. Free Admission. Parking at Gate 17 (Fairplex Drive) @ $8.00.
